Our Yoga Teacher Training is a complete theoretical and practical guide to making you a professional yoga teacher. The Yoga Alliance certificate allows you to teach yoga worldwide.

We provide a practical training program that includes all important aspects of yoga: Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas, Anatomy, Methodology, Adjustment, Bandhas, Creating a balanced course, Chanting, Meditation, and other traditional yoga techniques.

  • Teaching Methodology of different styles of yoga – Patanjali Ashtanga, Traditional and Classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Shivananda, etc.
  • Method, principle, sequencing, adjusting, benefits and cautions of Yoga postures
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques), Bandhas (Yogic locks)
  • Yogic Mudras
  • Minimum 3 Yogic Shatkarmas/Kriyaa (cleansing techniques)
  • Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced level students
  • Study of human Anatomy and Physiology
  • Physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga
  • Minimum 7 diseases, with symptoms, factors and yogic and ayurvedic treatment
  • Basic Ayurveda – nutrition and the yogic diet
  • Kundalini, Chakras and Nadis
  • Minimum 6 Mantras (for Chanting and Meditation)

  • Teaching Methodology of different styles of yoga – Patanjali Ashtanga, Traditional and Classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Shivananda, etc.

  • Advance Hatha and Ashtanga (Bahiya, Aabhyanta, Stambh, etc.)
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Bandhas practice (Yogic locks)
  • Minimum 12 Yogic Mudras
  • All six Shatkarmas/ Kriyaa (cleansing techniques)
  • Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced level students
  • Physical, mental and spiritual benefits of Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Dharana (control of senses) and Meditation
  • Study of Human Anatomy and Physiology with body systems, glands and organs
  • Study of Ayurveda – panchkarma, seasonal regimen, nutrition and the yogic diet
  • Deep study of Kundalini, Chakras, Nadis and Mudras and techniques to activate Kundalini
  • Minimum 12 Mantras (for Chanting and Meditation)

Daily Schedule:  8 – 9 hours a day

  • 06.00 to 6.30 – Rise & Shine!
  • 06:30 to 07:30 – Morning Meditation, Chanting & Pranayama
  • 07:30 to 08:00 – Tea Break
  • 08:00 to 10:00 – Yoga Asana Practice
  • 10:00 to 11:00 – Breakfast
  • 11:00 to 13:00 – Lecture (Yoga Principles / Philosophy / Yoga Sutra / Sanskrit / Mantras)
  • 13:00 to 14:00 – Lunch / Rest time
  • 14:00 to 16:00 – Lecture (Human Biology and Applications / Ayurveda / Traditional Yoga Texts) / Karma yoga
  • 16:00 to 16:30 – Refreshing Time
  • 1:00 to 19:00   – Yoga Asana Practice (including Teaching Practicums)
  • 19:00 to 19:30 – Rest time / Free time
  • 19:30 to 20:30 – Dinner time
  • 20:30 to 22:00 – Self Study
  • 22:00                 – Lights off

Yoga Teacher Training: Eligibility

Anyone interested in learning ancient traditional yoga and its applied science, with the ability to follow the instructions and lectures in English (or in the language for which a translator is specified being offered for certain courses) is welcome to join our TTC.

The applicant’s age should be between 18 to 60 years age at the time of admission.

The applicant should be in a good physical condition to accommodate our busy schedule of at least 6 to 9 hours of class daily.
